My wife and I were referred to Barb Bodnar through the Realty Plus program at our credit union. We were looking to purchase a second home in New York so we could spend more time by family once we retired in a couple of years. Though we owned our own home in California and were experienced home owners, we had never purchased property in New York where the process is somewhat more involved. In addition we were doing this long distance, which makes the process that much more difficult.

It would be about a month before we would travel to New York and meet Barb in person, so our initial interactions were through email and over the phone. But almost immediately we got the sense that we were dealing with a seasoned professional and not a rookie. When we finally met Barb in person, our initial impression was confirmed.
