Barbara is one of those few individuals that cares more about you getting the right home than getting a commission. Barbara is an extremely knowledgeable real estate agent. She provides excellent advice in preparation for sale of one's property. For example, she may suggest one needs to paint or a simple rearrangement of furniture, which aesthetically, adds to an impressive look for individuals viewing various different properties. Another positive experience with Barbara is the patience she displays with her clients, and one never feels as though they are being pressured to buy or sale when working with her. Her clients are truly lucky to have the representation of Barbara because her clients are very important to her, which is reflective in the number of clients that have been happy with her, like myself, and others who have shared their experience with Barbara. We bought a house in Cortlandt Manor. We closed at the end of July, Barbara was there with us, as she had been before, by our side, many times.
